If it makes sense to proceed, I map exactly what the tool needs to do and come back with a clear scope, timeline, and a fixed price. No open-ended hourly billing — you know the number before anything is built.
Build — MVP first
I get a working version in front of you as fast as possible, so you can react to something real rather than a spec. Your feedback shapes the final build, so what you end up with is exactly what you need.
Handover — you own it
