I don't do slide decks and theory. Sessions are built around your business, your context, and wherever you're at. Where possible, we work towards something tangible — a tool or workflow you can actually use — but we go at the right pace for your team.

Before anything else, I’ll get a clear picture of where your team is at, what tools you’re using (or considering), and what you’re hoping to get out of the session.

Small group or one-to-one, I guide you through the relevant tools and concepts at a pace that makes sense for your team.
